In the upcoming "Avengers: Infinity Wars" films, it is rumored that the team of superheroes will be having a face-off with the most powerful being in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Thanos. The Mad Titan's appearances in a few of the secret endings of recent Marvel films point out that he is coming and will pose the biggest threat not only to humankind but to the whole universe.

Details on how "Avengers: Infinity Wars" will exactly go down is a bit scarce for the time being. This is what we know so far. Marvel Studios is in a very pivotal point in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After numerous films, fans will be able to see Earth's mightiest heroes go against Thanos toe to toe in "Avengers: Infinity Wars". This film is set to stretch into a two-part sequel.

Josh Brolin will help the Russo Brothers give life to the galactic overlord Thanos in the upcoming "Avengers: Infinity Wars" sequel. After years of being a spectator, he is now ready to take part of the action and bring Earth's mightiest down to their knees. Josh Brolin has been seen already in rehearsals wearing Thanos' costume.

According to reports, the "Avengers: Infinity Wars" will be using the Infinitty Gauntlet Arc. Thanos will try to search and collect all the Infinity Stones and insert it in the Infinity Gauntlet granting him limitless power.

Meanwhile, there are other super villains that are at par or even greater that Thanos. These are Surtur the Fire Demon - often considered as Odin equal; Galactus the planet devourer and Dormammu of the Dark Dimension. Rumors say that one of these villains will also take part in "Avengers: Infinity Wars".
