The weird NPC face in "Assassin's Creed 2" will be removed in "The Ezio Collection." Ubisoft has patched the remastered version of the strange-looking character.

One of the characters in "Assassin's Creed 2" back in the Renaissance Italy time has a very annoying face. That's why according to Polygon, a new patch has been remastered to take away the strange-looking character in the background of a cut scene.

The patch was specially made for both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version of "Assassin's Creed 2," so, the update was urgently initialized. The said 1.02 patch notes from Ubisoft has fixed the visual issue of the background character in the "Assassin's Creed 2" cut scene, as per IGN.

At first, Ubisoft thought that the patch doesn't have any usage aside from the removal until the forum has discovered something lately. Accordingly, the patch can also address "Assassin's Creed 2" problems with the background music as well as for the high synchronization points.

Furthermore, a complete detail in the PlayStation 4 update history has been provided in a screenshot from Eurogamer. The version 1.02 wherein it clearly stated a visual fix of the weird NPC face that appears in the "Assassins Creed 2" Sequence 1, Memory 1.

To note, the "Assassin's Creed 2," The Ezio Collection was originally made some noise in November. There arise various geographical comparison videos showing a strange-looking NPC in the background. The look of the NPC is very annoying, a bit funny and woefully out of place.

The strange-looking NPC face is very different from that of the original Xbox 360 version of the "Assassins Creed 2." And because gamers prefer to see acceptable faces in the game and not the annoying NPC face, it doesn't take so much time before the face was removed.

However, the weird NPC face in the "Assassins Creed 2" according to Ubisoft somehow popularized the "Assassins Creed 2" in that particular spot. But now, the cut scene, wherein the wide-eyed Florentine gentleman with a sad face is present will totally disappear in "Assassins Creed 2" after the patch.
