“Mass Effect: Andromeda”: Multiplayer Kits, Dialogue Icons & Character Customization Detailed

“Mass Effect: Andromeda” is soon to be released. Even though March 23 is just a few weeks away, fans have not yet received any substantial information. Developer Ian S. Frazier has appeared on Twitter and has answered a few of the questions which have been bothering gamers.

Segmanet Next reports that in “Mass Effect: Andromeda” your main characters will be Scott and Sarah Ryder. They are the twin duo which will dominate the game’s story. When questioned about character customization a thorough answer has been given.

The characters’ looks are fully customizable. Even though in at default they are set to resemble each other, but players will be able to fully change the characters’ appearance completely independent from each other. Want to make one with a giant nose and the other with a chin stretching down to their knees, you are free to do it.

Gaming Bolt has confirmed another one of players’ expectations. It considers the topic of dialogue options in-game. The little icons next to each option could be freely disabled in the options menu without any problems.

Another issue that has been bothering players is the amount of abilities which can be equipped during play. According to Ian S. Franzier, in multiplayer, players will be restricted to three abilities equipped at once. In single player mode, there will be ways to use more than three skills at the same time.

The Official “Mass Effect: Andromeda” site shows that there are three versions of the game prepared at the moment. The game will be available on PC, PS 4 and XBOX One. There has been no confirmation from BioWare on whether a Microsoft Scorpio version is being prepared, neither if a Nintendo “Switch” version will be made available.

The only information shared by the game’s developers is that the Scorpio is too far down the road to prepare a separate version for it, while when it comes to Nintendo’s new platform, they are not sure of the audience and capabilities of the console and would like to make sure about them before risking into an investment like that. “Mass Effect: Andromeda” will be released for PC, PS 4 and XBOX One on March 21, 2017.
