'Halo 6' Launches At E3 2017 Featuring Split-Screen Support; 'Mass Effect: Andromeda' PS4, Xbox One, PC Roll Out On March 21

The "Halo 6" developers 363 Industries boss Bonnie Ross recently made the big announcement during his speech at the DICE 2017 this week. It should be noted that at the same event, "Overwatch" was also revealed as the "Game of the Year". In the meantime, "Halo 6" fans may also want to check out several other games that are set to launch in the coming weeks.

Several Advancements Noted For Hit Titles Coming This Year

This week, Bioware's "Mass Effect: Andromeda" has also gone gold. Hence, BioWare has already completed the initial development on the game. It is expected that the open world game would roll out on Mar. 21 on PC, Xbox One and PS4. Furthermore, "The Elder Scrolls Online: Homestead" has also arrived on the console platforms.

In addition, the crowdfunding campaign for "Pillars of Eternity" has already ended with a total of $4 million. Gamers should also note that the cyberpunk VR game "Darknet" has already been confirmed to launch for the PlayStation VR on Mar. 7 for only $15.

The game is also said to be an incredibly deep strategy game that allows players to take on the role of an elite hacker tasked to retrieve data from the most secure networks in the world, Gamespot Furthermore, the kickstarter campaign for the puzzle-platformer "Prisma" has gone live, focusing on color-switching and speed. The developers also noted that the game is similar to "Bit Trip" in a way.

"Halo 6" Launches One Year After E3 2016 Announcement

Meanwhile, "Halo 6" fans previously got their first view of the game at the E3 event last year where the game was first announced. Now, rumors have been circulating that the imminent release of "Halo 6" is fast approaching. Apparently, much anticipation is not in vain as the game developer has already assured the excited fans that the latest "Halo" game in the series is in the works, Arstechnica reported.

"Halo 6" developers also revealed that the game would launch alongside a highly anticipated gaming console. 343 Industries also confirmed rumors that "Halo 6" would launch in the upcoming E3 2017.
