‘Clash Of Clans’ Th11, Game Balancing Improvements Live

"Clash of Clans" is expected to receive a massive update that will enable TH11.  Game developer Supercell is keeping a tight lip about its details, but  a small balancing update has already made its way to the game.

"Clash Of Clans" Balancing Patch

The studio's latest balancing patch focused on the defenses that have been taken for granted at the moment, but will surely be noticed once the next Town Hall arrives.  It is expected that stronger troops will arrive together with TH11 and studio decided to boost some of the fortifications first, Touch Arcade reported.

The "Clash of Clans" game balancing patch lessens the Air Defense levels 4 to 8 cost and time creation.  The  Wall level limit was also increased to 25.  To make Hog Riders and Miners survive an attack, hit points of levels 5 to 7 are also increased, while all levels of the latter received a small hit point upgrade.

Additionally,  levels 4 to 6 of the Dragon and levels 3 to 5 of the P.E.K.K.A. were also given an increase on its damage.  The spawn rate of the Witch was also upgraded, which will make it more threatening than before. The upcoming "Clash of Clan" patch is also speculated to introduce a new loot ship as well as a new game mode.  The release of the patch remains unknown.

The Age Of An Average Game Is Now 35 Years Old

Meanwhile the latest stats presented during the PAX Electronic Entertainment Design and Research event highlighted several interesting subjects in the gaming industry.  The gaming demographics showed that it is not only the teens that are currently enjoying the joys of gaming.   Data showed that the number of gamers under the age of 18 is almost as many as those who are over 50.  The average age of a gamer is now at 35 years of age, reports PVP Live.

There are also more gamers opting for digital copies of their games as opposed to those who wants a physical copy instead.  Moreover, "Clash of Clans" and "Pokemon GO"  are the top mobile games for the Western market, while "League of Legends" dominated the free-to-play category.
