PlayStation News: Here’s How It Beats Competition

PlayStation is dominating its competition. Note that the PlayStation 4 holds some of the most critically acclaimed games such as "Uncharted 4," "NiOh," and "Horizon Zero Dawn." In addition, Sony has added more games from Sega including "Sony Unleashed," among others.

PlayStation Console Is Future-Proofed

Sony has laid down the foundations of the PlayStation for what is to come. Though development of the console started slow, it has started to gain momentum giving its competitors matching performance.

In the past, the PlayStation was called out for having a relatively mute start. However, two years later, the situation changed completely and has already begun to hold up to its covenant that "Greatness Awaits" proving doubt that it is "For the Players," Game On Daily reported.

In terms of PlayStation exclusives, take note that a sizeable portion of the value proposition of consoles are based on the unique content it delivers to its users. Apparently, Microsoft has stopped making exclusives for the Xbox console and have allowed their games to be released on PCs.

The PlayStation 4 however, is home to a plethora of exclusives such as "Bloodborne," "NieR: Automata," "Gravity Rush 2," and "The Last Guardian." Other exclusive games coming to the PlayStation 4 are "God of War," "The Last of Us" sequel, "Days Gone," "Spider-Man," "Detroit: Become Human," and the "Final Fantasy 7 Remake."

In other news, PlayStation Now has introduced 13 more games for its users. The new batch of games all come from Sega's catalog, many of which are older games. Sonic fans may note that "Sonic Adventure" and the sequel as well as "Sonic the Fighters" and "Sonic Unleashed are now available to play, Gamespot reported.

PlayStation Now has also added other Sega titles such as "Comix Zone," "Altered Beast," "Alex Kidd in the Miracle World" and "Fighting Vipers." Take note that "Sega Bass Fishing," "Revenge of Shinobi," Golden Axe" and "Fighting Vipers" have also been released on PlayStation Now. "Virtua Fighter 2" and "Super Hang-on" complete the list that brings the PlayStation Now's catalog close to 500 total games. Take a look at the SEGA games on PSNow below:
