Xbox One users recently encountered issues regarding the purchase and access of content. While this problem has been resolved, the console owners are yet again faced with a new issue.

Xbox One Experience A New Digital Game Error

The Xbox One players have been barred from playing digital games on an intermittent basis. Although the disc-based games remained working during these windows, those who tried accessing the digital titles received an error message that tells them of failure to verify their game ownership or even to tether to their profile that bought the content.

Xbox One support team, meantime, confirmed via a Twitter post that issues existed with the digital games of the console, and that the Xbox engineers were already looking into it. While the issue was resolved after seven hours, many believe that this is not only an isolated incident. In fact, some reports suggest any server-side problems should not have affected the offline experiences if Microsoft rolled back some of its unwanted policies from launch.

The Xbox One games that players were not able to access are reportedly not streamed from another server. Instead, the titles are owned and were downloaded to every player's local drive, Game Informer reported.

Xbox One Receives New Recon Tech Special Edition Controllers

Xbox One gets a new Recon Tech Special Edition that is inspired by performance patterns and military technology. According to reports, these accessories can explore concepts that stem from sci-fi gear and combat armor.

Moreover, the new Xbox One controller features new grips and textures that can apparently tell the huge difference between this and the regular model. In particular, the Recon Tech comes with a laser-etched texture on the front along with gold accents and insignia, while on the back is a textured diamond rubberised grip for additional control and comfort.

Meanwhile, the Xbox One Recon Tech Special Edition controllers will be priced at £59.99 and will be released in the UK on May 4, Metro reported. Learn about the Xbox One Error with game installation here:
