"Final Fantasy" gets raving reviews from critics for developing "Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn." It should be noted that Square Enix had to fire the original dev team and revamp "Final Fantasy" from top to bottom. Moreover, Square Enix is revamping their trial version and removed the 14-day time limit.

Restrictions To Realm Reborn Revealed

The "Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn" developers also placed a level cap of 35 for this game. Furthermore, trial players may play the game even after hitting the cap. Note that other restrictions to the game include creating only one character per world and seeing only the first 10 floors of the Deep Dungeon.

Note that "Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn" gamers may still join other people in parties which are not allowed in the "World of Warcraft" trial. In addition, any expired trials and subscriptions will also be reactivated. Furthermore, Square Enix also released Patch 3.56 for "Final Fantasy XIV," Digital Crack Network reported.

It has been revealed that the patch will conclude the main story of the first expansion, "Heavenward." Furthermore, Square Enix is also set to release the next expansion "Final Fantasy XI: Stormblood" on June 20. However, note that while trial characters may be transferred to the full game version, only characters created post-patch may be transferred to the patched game.

In other news, "Final Fantasy XV: Episode Gladiolus" is said to be an interactive heavy metal video, USGamer.net reported. The game features all the trappings including demons and reaper skeletons along with a soundtrack between rock and metal and a heavily-tattooed protagonist with a giant sword. The DLC also keeps with the personality of the big, muscled taciturn member of the group, Gladio.

The "Final Fantasy XV" standalone DLC sees Gladiolus who leaves the group in Chapter 6 and gets a scar in the process. It has been revealed in "Episode Gladio" that the character will feel the need to embark on a test of strength against Gilgamesh. Note that the DLC features a battle of attrition as Gladiolus works his way through Gilgamesh's dungeon alongside the group's mentor, Cor. Watch Episode Gladiolus Gameplay in the video below:
