Samsung unveiled its latest flagship smartphone, the Galaxy Note 8, at a press conference in New York City. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 launch could be seen as one of the major comebacks in the smartphone history following last year's ill-fated Galaxy Note 7 battery failures and after the successful arrival of the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus earlier in this year. Like all Galaxy Note series, this big hyper-powered phone combines a massive display with an array of impressive features.

Galaxy Note 8 comes with a 6.3-inch, 2960x1440 screen. The new Infinity Display with a Quad-HD+ Super AMOLED panel is not only gorgeous, but it's Always-on display feature supports new S Pen functionality such as the pinning- and editing of notes. As per The Inquirer, the Galaxy Note 8 is powered by the same Samsung Exynos 8895 processor as the Galaxy S8, coupled with 6 of RAM and 64 gig of built-in storage. Galaxy Note 8 is HDR compatible which means users will be able to access the high-quality Netflix and Amazon Prime video on the go too.
The Galaxy Note 8 is the first Samsung smartphone to come with a dual-camera set-up. Samsung has fitted its new Galaxy Note series with a 12MP wide-angle and 12MP telephoto lens. Both of these comes with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) to reduce blur when capturing video and photographs in low light.
By using data from the two lenses, the Galaxy Note 8 is able to bring up a 2x optical zoom. As for the Front-facing cam, the Galaxy Note 8 is also equipped with an 8MP Smart Auto camera for superb selfies and video chats. Supports fast and wireless charging. Under the hood is a 3300mAh battery and runs Android Nougat.

As for the pricing details, According to TechRadar, the Galaxy Note 8 price in the US unlocked cost around $929, AU$1,499 in Australia, and the SIM-free phone starting price is at £869 in the UK. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 pre-orders are now open in the US, UK, and Australia after a staggered launch and as for the release date is set for September 15th in the US and UK, while Australians will get their devices on September 22nd.
