Upgrades are one of the essential parts in Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach as these can help its players to survive in the survival horror game.
Aside from upgrading Freddy Fazzbear, the animatronic mascot who will be their ally in the game, they will also upgrade Gregory, the protagonist in Security Breach, by collecting several items.
These items, which are scattered inside the Pizzaplex, will increase several of his aspects, including his speed and stealth.
Where to Get the Hoodie Upgrade
The first upgrade that players need to get for Gregory in Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach is for his Hoodie, which according to Outsider Gaming, can make them harder to detect by their enemies, including securtity bots, while moving around the Pizzaplex.

The item can also allow them to sprint in the area without triggering said bots, which it could help them run towards mission checkpoints without being feared of being noticed.
In order to get the upgrade for the Hoodie, according to Gameranx, they need to go towards the Let's Eat Bakery, which is on the second floor atrium, near the entrance of Monty's Gator Golf. Once they are near its doors, they will call in Freddy, then walk the rest of the way in safety.
They can also access the area through Monty's Gator Golf's from the first floor of the atrium. Once they are in the area, they will head towards its second floor, then go towards its interior, and down the long causeway towards the bakery.
Either way, they need to avoid the Security Bots that are guarding the pathway by hiding inside Freddie. Afterwards, they will to the back room of the bakery until they will find a Level 5 Security Door in the kitchen, where the hoodie is present.
To get the Level 5 Security Pass, they need to go to the Security Room in the Loading Dock, then go towards the opposite direction, where they need to clear an office event in order to have the said pass.
Once they got the pass, they can use it to unlock the Level 5 Security Door, then grab the gift box on top of a toilet, which contains the Hoodie upgrade.
Where to Get the Shoes Upgrade
Once they got the Hoodie upgraded, they will need to get another one, but this time, it will be for Gregory's shoes.
According to Gamepur, this pair of shoes, once upgraded, can him run faster and further, which can be a great help for them to sprint around the map or avoiding enemies.
To get the said upgrade, they need to enter Roxy's Raceway, particularly its entrance on the right side. They must also need to defeat either Monty or Chica before going inside to get it.
Once they enter the area, they will notice that they are in the Glamrock Beauty Salon, which is guarded by a lot of security bots. In order to avoid them, they need to call Freddy again to hide inside of it.
Then, they will traverse towards the left side of the area, where an entrance towards can be seen. From there, they will head towards the back room, then they will take another door, this time it will take them towards the bathroom.
Once they are in the bathroom, they will see the gift box on top of a toilet. They grab it in order to get the upgrade for the Shoes.
