'Bad' PC Controls Could Be A Reason
Upon the release of "Elden Ring" on PC, it was revealed that the game suffered from massive performance issues that forced FromSoftware to acknowledge it. But that's not why PC players might be struggling with major boss fights-it could be the controls.
This post on the "Elden Ring" subreddit features a PC player stating how the game's mouse and keyboard controls are sub-par, calling it "the worst console to PC port in terms of controls" that they've ever seen:
Commenters on the post seem to agree with the OP. But maybe this could also explain why PlayStation players have had more success with Godrick on the console: "Soulsborne" games have always been designed around controllers and not mouse and keyboard controls. But that won't matter much to some people still playing "Elden Ring" on PC because the game's quality remains sub-par anyway.
