Steam is pretty much a treasure trove filled with countless video games that gamers around the world can enjoy. You do not even have to worry about it running out of games simply because new games are added to the platform every single day.
In the past few days, we have seen shooter games, survival games, and even a game that features human-shaped figures.
Today, April 24, is no different and we are here to tell you about two games that have been newly added to Steam. One game is an indie horror game where the player takes the role of a dogsitter. And no, we are not kidding about that.
The other game, on the other hand is an Early Access 3D online shooter with an alien theme. The aliens come in the form of colorful spheres.

Steam New Release: DotStrike
3D online shooters are rather common on Steam but if you happen to be looking for one that has alien's in them, one of today's new releases may just up right up your alley.
Developed and published by Magic Fox Games, DotStrike features alien invaders that come in the form of colorful spheres. There colorful spheres then battle it out on a seaport, according to the game's Steam page.
There are two game modes currently available when you purchase DotStrike: Confrontation and Team Confrontation. In the Confrontation mode, the last alien standing wins the game. For Team Confrontation, there are two teams and the goal of each team is to score a certain number of points before the opposing team can.
It should be noted that the game is on Early Access release.

Steam New Release: F.I.D.O.
Those looking for a new indie horror game to play can check out today's second new release on Steam, F.I.D.O.
Published by Puppy Chow Productions, F.I.D.O. is described by Steam "a short, top down horror game about a dogsitter's job gone wrong." By short, the gameplay actually takes around 15 to 30 minutes.
There are three stages in the game and each stage has its own mechanics and goals that the player has to accomplish. "To win, you must translate demon runes to fend off Fido while collecting the items needed to exorcise the dog," its Steam page says.
As the player, you can discover and explore throughout the game. F.I.D.O. also features a translation mechanic, which lets you "translate runes flying at you to keyboard letters, and press them all in time" so that you can keep opponent at arm's length.
