#SteamSpotlight Feature: House Flipper
Released in May 2018, House Flipper is a simulation game that lets you, the player, "become a one-man renovation crew," according to its Steam page. The game, which is developed by Empyrean and published by Frozen District and PlayWay S.A., involves purchasing a fixer-upper, repairing and remodeling it, and then selling it for profit.
However, you will not be able to purchase a house to fix up right away as you will first need to earn money in order to do so. You will first have to take jobs offered by residents. These jobs involve painting walls, installing showers, and more.

Apocalypse Flipper

Cyberpunk Flipper
Ever wondered what a cross between a house makeover game and cyberpunk will look like it? It is exactly what you will get with the Cyberpunk Flipper DLC. This DLC offers cyberpunk-themed items can help you design a more futuristic, mechanical home.

Garden Flipper
As you may have already guessed, this DLC involves a lot of planting of trees and plants. You will also get to set flowerbeds, mow the lawn, and do other garden-related tasks.
HGTV Flipper
If you have always dreamed of having a home renovation show on HGTV, here is your chance! This House Flipper DLC lets you " take care of a fixer-upper with the help of the talents you know from your favorite makeover tv shows."
Luxury Flipper
As its name suggests, this DLC is all about expensive-looking, luxurious designs. It also introduces new mechanics to the game, such as the installation of indoor swimming pools inside a mansion or fixing up antique furniture from centuries ago.
Pets
You can probably already tell what this DLC is all about with its name. Aside from dogs and cats, it gives you the option to have hamsters, parrots, rabbits, and turtles as pets. It also includes exclusive items and decor elements as well as new orders and properties.

House Flipper has more than 52,000 user reviews on Steam as of press time. These reviews are generally described as "Very Positive" by the platform.
A Steam user who goes by the handle 1armedninja describes the game as oddly sastisfying and praises its great attention to detail.
