The first season for Call of Duty Mobile in 2024, called "Soldier's Tale," goes live tomorrow. It has a theme centered around fairy tales, which means that players can get a hold of unique skins.

New Content

Call of Duty Mobile Season 1: Soldier's Tale features a bunch of new content that players can expect. For one, a new multiplayer map called the Atrium will be added to the game. Those who have played Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) should be familiar with this one. But, for those who did not play the said title, Atrium is a rather tight map that features a tree and a fountain at the center. Players have limited space to work with, which means that they will be forced to engage as soon as they drop in.

The "Soldier's Tale" battle pass provides players with 50 tiers worth of content. Players can get the new tactical item called the "Trip Sensor" at Tier 14. This thing alerts players of incoming enemies whenever they come close, giving them ample time to position themselves for the kill.

At Tier 21, players can get a hold of the new LW3 Tundra, a new bolt-action sniper rifle that has the power to eliminate foes with a well-placed shot. Speaking of weapons, the AK117 is also available at Tier 50.

As part of the season's theme, players can also purchase new fairytale-themed skins for certain operators. Here is a rundown:

  • "Shattered Glass" skin for Fiona St. George

  • "Wolfen Raider" skin for édouard "Templar" Couteau

  • "Doctor Raven" skin for the Witch Doctor

  • "Mortal Fear" skin for Codename: Lazarus

Upcoming Events

When Season 1: Soldier's Tale goes live tomorrow, players will acquire Bronze and Steel Daggers for the "1001 Blades" event. These daggers provide XP that lets players progress through the rewards track. Some of the notable rewards from this event include the FFAR 1 "Mad Hatter's Revenge" and the Operator: Zero "Soldier Royal" skins.

Players are encouraged to complete the Seasonal Challenges in order to acquire some nifty stuff. For instance, the new LW Silencer Barrel for the UL736 assault rifle is an attachment that lets players take out the competition without attracting attention.

Open Shop

The developers will officially open the new web store for Call of Duty Mobile on January 10. This shop allows players to shop for COD points, which are reportedly offered at huge discounts compared to the in-game store.

The COD points can be exchanged for weapon and Operator skins in the game's official mobile app, including the Epic Talon "Moto Nui" skin and the "Egg Napper" skin for the AGR-556.
