Baldur's Gate 3 emerged as the big winner at the 2024 BAFTA Games Awards, securing a remarkable five accolades, including the prestigious Best Game title. The game, set in the Dungeons & Dragons universe, also triumphed in categories such as Best Music, Best Narrative, and Best Performer in a Supporting Role. Andrew Wincott, renowned for his portrayal of Raphael in Baldur's Gate 3, clinched the latter award.

Diverse Winners Showcase Gaming Excellence
The BAFTA Awards showcased a diverse array of gaming excellence. While Baldur's Gate 3 stood out with multiple wins, other titles also shined. Alan Wake 2 by Remedy Entertainment excelled in Audio and Artistic Achievement categories. Nintendo's Super Mario Bros. Wonder triumphed as Best Family Game and Best Multiplayer.
Nadji Jeter's portrayal of Miles Morales earned him the Best Performer in a Leading Role award. Tango Gameworks' Hi-Fi Rush impressed with its animation. Cyberpunk 2077, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and Viewfinder also received recognition in various categories. SpecialEffect, a charity supporting disabled gamers, received the BAFTA Special Award.
Baldur's Gate 3 Continues Winning Streak
Baldur's Gate 3's triumph at the BAFTA Games Awards adds to its already impressive list of accolades. The game previously secured Game of the Year titles at prestigious events such as the GDC Awards, DICE Awards, and The Steam Awards, as well as earning the coveted Game of the Year distinction at the 2023 Game Awards.
Larian Studios, the developer behind Baldur's Gate 3, has confirmed that their next project will not be Baldur's Gate 4, and there are no plans for downloadable content for Baldur's Gate 3.
