Card Hunter Attack of the Artifacts Released: First Expansion Features New Multiplayer League, Cards, Items and Adventures [VIDEO]

Card Hunter: Attack of the Artifacts Expansion Released

Card Hunter was a complete surprise. There are plenty of great turn-based strategy games out there, but this one offered a clever take on tabletop gaming, making you feel like you were playing a real-life roleplaying game, with a GM and everything. It's got a huge amount of depth and has a fun sense of humor and art style, and what was more- it's free, and playable in your web browser.

How could this be? But it's true- Blue Manchu's Card Hunter is free, the kind of free that embarrasses you with the amount of fun you get out of it. If you want to spend money you certainly can, since spending a few bucks unlocks new adventures and allows you to more easily find loot. If you start playing this game there's no way you won't dive it- it's so cleverly crafted and enjoyable that you'll be hooked immediately.

Now there's even more content! Blue Manchu has just released the first expansion to the game- Attack of the Artifacts. The pack offers 70 new cards, 200 new items and six new adventures to embark on. It also includes a new multiplayer league system. These will let you play as monsters and all you to challenge other player on brand new boards to win treasure, unique figures, and the in-game currency (pizza). and win new prizes. Every day during the launch week you can log into the game to receive a free magnificent artifact chest (I got a Level 17 Epic Divine weapon called Blackhammer today) and try out the league system for free.

I'm telling you, if you love tabletop games or strategy games this one is a must-play. Check it out at CardHunter.com.
