'Battlefield 4' DLC News: Latest Dragon's Teeth Trailer Shows Last Stand Weapons, Gadgets, And Levolutions [VIDEO]

New Trailer Shows Riot Shields and Drones from Battlefield 4's Last Stand and Dragon's Teeth DLC

There's a new video out from Battlefield 4 developer DICE, showing the briefest of peeks at some of the weapons and gadgets coming to players in the forthcoming DLC packs, Dragon's Teeth and Final Stand.

First Image for Battlefield 4's Dragon's Teeth DLC Shows Ballistic Shield in Action

The video works as something of a round up of all the DLC that's been released for the game so far, so you'll have to wade through the footage from China Rising, Naval Assault, and Second Strike first. Skip ahead to the 0:26 mark, and you'll notice a new perspective for Ballistic Shield coming in Dragon's Teeth, and two new levolution events featuring a collapsing water tower and a runaway train.

Keep watching, and you'll also see Final Stand's new gadget, dubbed the "Multiple Kill Vehicle," a warhead designed to take out incoming missiles and other targets. Based on the actual device of the same name, it looks like it might be possible for players to actually guide the projectile, but that's not yet confirmed.

'Wealth of Info Leaks for Battlefield 4's Dragon's Teeth DLC: Map Names, Dog Tags, and More!

Check it all out in the video below.

Getting back to the Dragon's Teeth considerably more low tech weapon, the Shield is said to be able to absorb all forms of gunfire, but don't expect it to hold up to well against explosions. It's best left used as a support item, as the picture shows, as holding the shield requires both hands, meaning players won't be able to fire any weapons. But they'll be able to bash enemies as a last resort.

Joining the shield is the other new gadget, the RAWR, or, "Remote Assisted Weaponized Robot." Infinitely cooler than a simple shield, this little A.I. assassin comes equipped with a light machine gun and four grenade launchers.

There was a massive leak on Dragon's Teeth earlier this week, allegedly revealing the DLC's map names, assignments, dog tags, and a new game mode, but DICE nor EA has either confirmed or denied this information as accurate. Here's a quick recap:

New Mode
Called "Chainlink," the new mode is rumored to be a variation of Conquest, wherein players must link adjacent capture points, causing the opponents' tickets to bleed quicker.

Features
Five Achievements/Trophies
Eleven Assignments

Maps
Lumphini Garden
Pearl Market
Propaganda
Sunken Dragon

Weapons
DEagle 44

Once Dragon's Teeth drops, Battlefield 4 players have one more piece of DLC to look forward to with Final Stand. Release information hasn't been given for either DLC yet, but expect it to be free to Season Pass holders, and cost the usual $15 for everyone else.
