Amazon France has posted a listing for a PlayStation 4 bundle that includes the PS Vita handheld system. They're taking pre-orders now, but no official announcement has come from Sony.

Could this be a leak for a planned E3 announcement? It's certainly possible, with the connectivity between the two systems giving a great reason for them to be packaged together.

Assuming " target="_blank">Amazon France jumped the gun on revealing the bundle is more likely than supposing that they created it without word of its existence, hence the theory that an announcement is imminent. With both products coming into their own, the approaching E3 makes sense as the time to unveil the bundle.

The European prices of both the PS4 and Vita is the same as the North American pricing, despite the Euro being stronger than the USD. The listing has the bundle at €579.99, which is roughly $780 directly exchanged to USD.

However, given that the pricing is the same between the markets on the individual systems ($400 for PS4 and $200 for the Vita), the bundle would likely cost the same $580 in the U.S. That wouldn't represent tremendous savings on the pair of systems, getting you about $20 off a Vita, but it's better than buying both for full price. Look for an official statement from Sony, or an announcement at next week's E3.
