'Project Spark' E3 Trailer Turns Game Players Into Game Makers

If you ever play a game and think, 'well, I could do better!' Now's your chance. Project Spark, the Xbox One game creator, currently in open beta, wants you to get in on the action and their E3 video certainly gets you salivating.

The game basically allows players to do anything, a fancy digital canvas like Minecraft but with the added benefit of being able to add story, so you can make movies, games or anything of the sort. The game can run off Smartglass, a keyboard, mouse, or the Xbox controller. And the best part, every world is shareable with other players. According to the video, there are over 100,000 maps and more counting, and the game hasn't even left beta yet.

And Conker! He hasn't had a game in a decade, but he is going to make an impact on this game. So use him! Or don't.

Xbox One and Windows 8 users can currently sign up for the beta. There is no scheduled 360 beta release planned. The game proper will be shipping for PC, Xbox One and Xbox 360 later this year, around the holiday season.
