Kevin Durant Honored To Be On Cover Of NBA 2K15

Hope you're happeeeeeeee, basketball fans. Grammy Award winner Pharrell Williams will be "curating" the music selection for 2K Games' upcoming NBA 2K15. 2K promises the game will have the most opulent and expensive soundtrack of any NBA game in history. Jay-Z, Beyonce and Kanye? Who knows! Pharrell certainly has enough clout to secure artists of that level. While no official announcements have yet been made, they're not outside of the realm of possibility.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2's soundtrack was also curated by Pharrell, and that was definitely the biggest OST that franchise had ever seen, with Alicia Keys and Kendrick Lamar on the title track alone.

New NBA 2K15 Features 25 Playable Euro-Teams

Wouldn't it be funny if Pharrell just went stark raving mad and he just licensed Beatles songs exclusively? Beatles songs are so notoriously expensive to use, there was actually somewhat of a to-do that an episode of Mad Men a couple of years ago. "They actually shelled out for a Beatles song!" TV critics said. I just wanna see LeBron leave my team in a mournful montage set to Within You Without You.

Cover art for the box has also been revealed to feature MVP Kevin Durant in a likeness licensing deal the price of which somehow, somewhere is making Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr giggle.
