The latest Wii U system update is now here, and offers even more features for the struggling system.

Connect to the internet and you'll be able to download it right away. The big new feature being offered is one long-asked for- the System Transfer. Now you can finally move all software and data from one Wii U console to another, something you coudln't do before.
Making things easier to purchase things from the store is always good as well, and they've now improved things by letting you use other controllers rather than the Wii U Gamepad. You can now use pretty much any accessory you have- the Wii Remote, Wii U Pro Controller, or Classic Controller.

As always, Nintendo is being nice and warning you that if you've made modifications to your system, it may not work after the update.
"After the Wii U system is updated, any existing or future unauthorized technical modification of the hardware or software of your Wii U system, or the use of an unauthorized device in connection with your system, may render the system permanently unplayable. Content deriving from the unauthorized modification of the hardware or software of your Wii U system may be removed. Failure to accept the update may render games unplayable."
Nice of them to give the warning, at least! Sony wouldn't hesitate to brick your system after an update, with no warning.
