Jeremy Lin Scores 75 in NBA 2K12 Updates

In the real world, Jeremy Lin has been an NBA phenom by leading the New York Knicks to five consecutive wins. LinSanity looks to continue its momentum into this week, as he erupted with double digit scoring and making spectacular plays that are highlighting across Youtube . 2K Sports reflected to this situation by updating Lin's ability score twice in one week.

In the first update, 2K sports bumped up Lin's score from 56 to 69, but this proved dissatisfying for game players as this placed the virtual Lin in the same company as Kemba Walker, Brandon Knight and Toney Douglas. 2K Sport's second update came quickly as it upgraded the virtual Lin to a 75, which is now in the company of players such as T-wolves' Ricky Rubio. This seems more comparable and closer to the actual Jeremy Lin's performance. If Linsanity can keep up this pace, we can expect some more extraordinary plays as well as higher scores in the NBA 2k12 updates.

The Linsanity has helped build up hype for the NBA 2K12 title as it prepares for a new repackaging in March. In the new version, players can play with new downloadable content featuring Legends Showcase of Jordan, Bird, and Magic. If you dream of facing off Jeremy Lin against some NBA legends, then this title will be ideal. Gamers will be treated to additional game content and introduction of key players to the game through the Legend add on.

NBA 2K12 Game of the Year Edition will be sold at Best Buy exclusively for $49.99. Watch the virtual Lin in action on NBA 2k12.
