Two New Tales Of Xillia 2 DLC Costume Trailers Released; Head To The Beach Or To Gym Only On PS3 [VIDEOS]

Life's A Beach: Tales Of Xillia 2 Gets Two New DLC Costume Packs

Bandai Namco recently released Tales Of Xillia 2, the latest entry in the long running and popular Tales franchise. In keeping with tradition with its other games, the company released a new batch of DLC costume packs.

Persona Q: Shadows Of The Labyrinth Introduces New Custom Characters

The company has been very good at putting out DLC for its games. Barely a week has gone by without an update to One Piece Unlimited World Red. Tales Of Xillia 2 looks to continue the trend. The game recently saw the release of the School Costumes DLC pack. This week shows off not one, but two new packs: the Swimming Costumes content pack and the Sports costumes.

Two trailers were released for the DLC. The packs are very inclusive. The Swimsuit DLC gives beachwear to all of the following characters: Ludger, two versions for Muzet (because she's an attractive female antagonist, so obviously she gets two) Gaius, Jude, Milla, Alvin, Elize, Rowen and Leia.

The Sports costumes pack gives several of the characters their own uniform.

Ludger's Basketball Uniform
Jude's Football Uniform
Milla's Tennis Uniform
Elize's Gymnastics Uniform
Rowen's Archery Uniform
Leia's Soccer Uniform

One can reasonably assume that all of them are very, very good at their chosen sport.

Tales Of Xillia 2 picks up roughly one year after the conclusion of its predecessor, in which the two worlds, Rieze Maxia and Elympios, were united in a cataclysmic union. A whole mess of trouble followed in its wake. It corrects many of the missteps of the original and stands tall as one of the more noteworthy JRPG titles released in recent years. The game is available exclusively on the PS3.
