Not three weeks after the finale of Book Three: Change, we get the news that The Legend Of Korra will enter its fourth and final season on October 3, on Nick.com and the Nick app exclusively. What now?
Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino had already told us at Comic Con that they were pretty far along in development for Book Four of Korra, but this far? I don't think anybody could have guessed. On the one hand, this is great news, on the other, this is confirmed to be the final season, so you're not gonna have the between-season withdrawals for very long, but you're gonna have the show-ending withdrawals right quick.
Captain America 3 Plot Rumors: Will Civil War Come To The Screen?
After the events of the third book, the Earth Kingdom is in major turmoil and Avatar Korra is a broken young woman. The title "Balance" would seem to indicate that the major plot for the fourth book is an internal journey, although this could also point to a readdressing of the opening between the worlds since the end of Book Two: Spirits.
