Puzzle And Dragons Update Details: 7.2 Version Adds Coin Dungeons, Decreases Stamina Refresh Time

Puzzle And Dragons Update: Decreased Stamina Refresh Time Means More Questing Each Day

Puzzle and Dragons – the game that answers the question, "What would happen if we crossed Bejeweled with Pokémon?" – received a new update today that adds coin-powered dungeons and decreases the stamina refresh time, according to an English news site for the game.

How To Play With The Newet Unit In Clash Of Clans

The most substantial feature of the 7.2 update is a reduction in the time it takes for stamina to refresh throughout the day. Though it has previously taken 10 minutes for one unit of stamina to regenerate, that time has been cut in half to five minutes, which means twice as many opportunities for dungeon crawling each day.

The update also introduces coin dungeons for players with a rank above 80. These are dungeons that allow the player to purchase access for one hour using the in-game coins. They seem like they can be fairly pricey, though. The examples in the screenshot are going for 2 million and 3 million coins for an hour of access.

The in-game mailbox has received an upgrade as well. Now, messages that have gifts attached like coins and Magic Stones from special promotions will display an icon of that gift in the subject line. From the main mailbox page, it's easy to see at a glance what kind of goodies are waiting to be picked up.

Finally, the update includes several minor aesthetic and interface changes, just to keep things tidy. As of now, it looks like the update is only live for the Japanese version of the game, but it hopefully won't be long until it makes its way over to its fanbase in the West.

Puzzle and Dragons is free-to-play on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
