Not content to simply terrify you on the television screen, Bethesda Softworks in conjunction with Gaming Heads wants to unnerve you even with the screens turned off. The licensed figure making company has revealed a new collectible statue from the latest Shinji Mikami horror opus, The Evil Within.

The new Keeper figure stands atop a box of bloodied human remains, carrying an entirely far too large meat tenderizer and his bag of body parts. The 15" figurine will look perfect next to your wife's Hello Kitty collection! The statue also comes with a separate head (because of course it does) that you can switch out when you need to ensure that your in-laws will never again return for any family gathering whatsoever. The separate head features the Keeper's head box fully open, and with a mass of tentacles splayed out in all directions.
The statue comes in deluxe, full-color packaging, and includes a hand-numbered base, and a certificate of authenticity, which allows you to purchase the same model number for future releases in The Evil Within range of statues. It is quite similar to the Elder Scrolls statues the company has been releasing recently.

Special painting techniques have also been applied to the Keeper to give every facet of the statue a realistic appearance; from the bloodstains on his clothes to the rusted metal barbed wire.
The figure does not arrive until spring of next year and even then, there will only be 350 of them produced the whole world over. I know The Evil Within just came out, and god forbid, it's 30 fps, but you have to admire not just the chutzpah but the craft involved in creating this piece.
