Leaked Avengers Infinity War Teaser Reveals The Full Infinity Gauntlet; New Age Of Ultron Extended Scene Released [VIDEO]

Thanos Gears Up In The Leaked Avengers: Infinity War Teaser And The Heroes Try Their Hand At Asgardian Glory in New Ultron Look

For a few hours yesterday, Marvel effectively ruled the internet. The House of M, one of the most valuable (and far-reaching) studios announced the full slate of upcoming films into 2019, culminating in their Phase III finale: Avengers - Infinity War, Part 1 and Part 2.

Behold! The Dragon Age Of Ultron Mashup Trailer Is Here

To call Marvel 'ambitious' does not do the word justice. They have rewritten the rules of filmmaking, for better or worse. DC and Sony hope to follow suit, but neither have done it with as much style, nor with as much ammunition, as Marvel. If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery then Kevin Feige and the rest of the team at Marvel Studios should be very flattered indeed.

Infinity War, with Part 1 scheduled for release on May 4, 2018 and Part 2 on May 3, 2019 will bring to a head all of the disparate storylines find throughout the current MCU. The powers cosmic and terrestrial will clash in the retelling of one of Marvel's most legendary stories, and audiences will get an up close and personal reintroduction to one of its greatest villains: Thanos.

Sherlock Strange? It's...Happening? Maybe?

I mean, the guy is such a huge deal that one film simply cannot contain him!

"We've always had a plan since Nick Fury broke into Tony Stark's house and told him he's part of a bigger universe," recalled Feige. "'Avengers: Infinity War Part 1′ is the beginning of the culmination of everything that has come before."

A dastardly fan was on hand and recorded the two minute teaser, which cobbles together scenes from the previous MCU titles with some new, dramatic voiceover from Samuel L. Jackson. It ends with the purple skinned bad guy wielding the Infinity Gauntlet, which is essentially the glove of godhood in the Marvel world. It also confirms that Loki's staff is one of the six Infinity stones and is more than likely the Mind gem, as it allowed the newly christened king of Asgard to control whomever he chose.

Watch it below before it gets taken down. But knowing Marvel, they're going to release a full version anyway.

It's five years away, but we can all still get very, very excited. Frankly, as long as it features this particular scene from the 90s limited series, I will be a happy camper. Evans would absolutely nail that final walk.

And last during a very good episode of Agents Of SHIELD, Marvel released a slightly longer version of the leaked trailer. The end of a very Whedon-esque scene was presented, with our heroes, triumphant it seems, celebrating their victory. Each of the gathered crew tried to take a stab at lifting Thor's hammer.

For a second, Steve Rogers almost did. It should be known that this is similar to a scene in the comics. If any man not named Thor is worthy of the throne of Asgard, it would be Captain America.

It is a stunningly good time to be a fan of comic books in general, and Marvel in particular.
