Warframe Update 15.5: Brief Details Given About Future Changes To F2P Action Title, Including Player Hubs

Player Hubs Coming To Warframe Via Update 15.5, So Say Devs

Fancy mustaches and Movember charaities are not the only things growing this November in Warframe. In a recent DevStream update, the good folks over at Digital Extremes let slip a few bits of information regarding the upcoming patch 15.5 and a few bits and pieces regarding the recent changes to the action title.

Smite MOBA Coming To Xbox One In 2015

15.5 is the introduction of social hubs. From the official blog post, "15.5 is the planned arrival of Tenno hubs, a place for Tenno to hang out and socialize with one another. Our first iteration of Player Hubs will be, to be frank, a little bare bones as we work on first implementing a stable environment for our Hubs to exist.

"We expect these first Player Hubs to have chat enabled, and some very minimum Clan recruitment space for Tenno to show off their Clan's accomplishments and recruit players. A small arcade should (finally) bring Wyrmius into the game, in addition to another minigame that may make it into Hubs depending on how things go. Giving our players a stable environment to communicate with one another is our top priority."

If past practices are to be believed, 15.5 should be here soon. Digital Extremes has been pretty good about getting new stuff out on a regular basis. Console players can expect update 15, which brings the battle to space with the Archwing, to land sometime at the end of the month.

"There's also been quite a few questions on whether or not we have any giant space bosses for you to fight in Archwing, and we would hate for you to forget about the Balor Fomorian or the infested J3 Golem. Details on both are slim at this time, but expect a little more insight into the action as we get closer to their release. More Archwing missions will definitely be added as we continue its development." Here's hoping we'll find out more about this later.

They noted that certain enemies have seen massive accuracy improvements and the devs will be fixing that soon.
