Grand Theft Auto 5 Launch Trailer And TV Spot Released, Upgraded Graphics Still Look Good

The release of the upgraded Grand Theft Auto V for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is drawing close, and Rockstar has released a video that serves as both launch trailer and TV spot.

The video, below, attempts to show off bot the game itself and the remastered visuals. The characters and story all get a fair bit of play, and the upgraded resolution is nothing to sneeze at.

As we learned recently, Grand Theft Auto V will also boast a series-first first person mode, which you can switch into at will and experience the game from a new perspective. It remains to be seen how easy it is to play in first person-the nature of gun fights in the series will probably make it difficult to be aware of what's around you in combat-but the added challenge could be interesting.

Regardless, this version is the one to play for those who own a current gen console or high-end PC and didn't get to play the original Grand Theft Auto V. If you did play it, whether or not this version is worth it so soon after the release of the first depends on preference. Did you love the game enough to pay for it again on your new console? Are the graphics upgraded and a few new features worth it for you? The choice is yours!
