Families are waking up early. People are braving traffic to get to a relative's house, hoping not to get beat down by any nasty weather. It's Thanksgiving again. That can mean one thing and one thing only: let's buy some stuff.

When You're Not Shopping, Be Thankful For These 5 Trends In Video Gaming

Target will not be outdone by its competitors. The not-Walmart chain store has its own deals and sales happening today and throughout the weekend. Let's see what video game paraphernalia they have planned for us this year.

The big thing they are selling is a 500 GB Xbox One bundle that comes with both Assassin's Creed Unity and Assassin's Creed Black Flag. One game for the price of two! The whole bundle normally costs $399, which is not an unreasonable price for a console and two AAA titles. However, you can pick it up on Black Friday in stores, or online, for $329. Broken game or not, that's a pretty sweet deal, even if it is one of those utterly confusing 'gift card' deals. This offer obviously lasts until the supplies run out.

Want A Blackberry? Maybe? Well, Trade In Your iPhone, I Suppose

Or maybe next gen isn't your thing. That's fine. Target is also offering a Xbox 360 Kinect bundle for $179 today, Thanksgiving. Doors open at 6. The bundle comes with Forza Horizons, Kinect Sports and Kinect Adventures. Offer is good while supplies last.

No PS4 bundles, sadly. You'll have to go elsewhere. However, if you're secure in your hardware choices and lacking software, there might not be a better place to stock up on everything you missed this past year than Target.

Pick up any of the following games for PS4, Xbox One or Wii U: WWE 2K15, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros. For Wii U, Destiny, Far Cry 4 or Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare, for regular price and get a $15 gift card, which you can then use to buy...

Shadow of Mordor ($25), Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! ($35), Assassin's Creed: Rogue ($35) or Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition ($35) to name a few, and voila, $20 AAA games. Dozens of games across all consoles are on sale for no more than $35 and some titles, like Madden 14, are up to 50% off.

Select Skylanders Trap Team and Disney Infinity character figures are $10 starting today at 6 p.m. while supplies last. And any starter set for either game is priced at $39.99!

Good hunting out there today, folks. May the odds be ever in your favor. Say hi to Alex if you see him.
