The Imperial Fists expansion adds 15 new story missions and an additional 20 flash missions to the futuristic Warhammer 40,000 turn-based strategy title. The game was released last month in what we could only describe as Novemhammer, in which several titles set in various Warhammer universes were released or announced.
“After November’s release of Space Hulk Ascension, we’re excited to announce the first expansion for the game, with the upcoming launch of the Imperial Fists Expansion,” said Thomas Hentschel Lund, CEO of Full Control. “As one of the most loyal chapters to Emperor and celebrated for their stubborn resilience and ferocious technology, this new chapter will surely add to the intensity and experience of the battles in Space Hulk Ascension.”

The purpose of the Imperial Fists is simple: prevent the ravenous Genestealers from breaking through a specified defense point. Aiding the Imperium in the expansion will be the new Tarantula turret, a devastatingly powerful cannon that can tear a Genestealer unit to shreds in no time.
You can download Space Hulk Ascension for PC, Mac and Linux via Steam for $29.99. No exact date has been given for the expansion.
