Xur is always in a new location from one week to the next, and his stock differs every time. He appears on Friday and departs (usually early) on Sunday, offering one exotic armor item for each class, an exotic weapon, and an exotic engram to gamble on.
The shrouded vendor is in the Tower Hangar this week, down and to thre right from where you enter. His offerings are different this week from items that have been appearing consistently, offering two helmets, a pair of gauntlets, and a Fusion Rifle.

The first helmet, for Titans, is the Helm of Inmost Light. It increases melee attack speed, ups defense, and reduces melee cooldown when picking up Orbs of Light. The other helmet is the Warlock item Light Beyond Nemesis. It boasts the same benefits as the Helm of Inmost Light, and also speeds up teammate revival.
The Gauntlets are Young Ahamkara's Spine (which admittedly have shown up recently), an item for Hunters. These make Tripmine grenades last longer, harnesses more energy from grenade kills, and increases reload speed with Special Weapons. The weapon this week, the Fusion Rifle, is named Plan C. Charge and equip times are very short for Plan C after weapon swapping, and it has increased hip fire accuracy as well as Arc damage.
