Smite World Championship is the final showdown for the top Smite teams from across the globe. North America, Europe and China are solidly represented, as are Brazil and the Spanish-speaking portion of Latin America. The tournament's prize pool has been slowing building for months now, as proceeds from specially marked, in-game "Odyssey" item sales have all been funneled into the pot. Thanks to this crowd-funding approach to prizes, the Smite prize pool currently sits around $1.7 million, and there is still time to increase that amount.
