Five Nights At Freddy's 3 Teased? Website Update Hints At The Next Entry In Horror Series

Is Another Night At Freddy's In The Works? New Chilling Image Hints At Third Entry Into Five Nights At Freddy's Series

A mysterious and extremely chilling image has replaced all the content over at scottgames, the official website of hit horror title Five Nights At Freddy’s and its sequel.

The Dreamcast Lives! Alice's Mom's Rescue Comes To Cult Console This March

The shadowy picture appears to be that of main character Freddy Fazbear saying “I am still here.” His eyes glow as if staring directly into the deepest part of your soul. And who knows what other characters lurk behind him? The darkness does terrible things to your imagination.

The file itself is labeled fnaf3.jpg, which suggests that there is a third entry into the series coming. While the site does feature the disclaimer: “This is a reminder to not believe everything you hear. I do not have a twitter or twitch account and do not reply to personal emails. Only believe information from scottgames.com.” We’d email him for confirmation, but you know.

Noooo! Attack On Titan S2 Delayed!

Which is not to say a third title cannot be with us in the very, very near future. The first Five Nights At Freddy’s dropped last summer and the sequel was released in November. Amazing what you can do when it is essentially only yourself creating every bit of content.

Both titles are exercises in drawn out horror, placing you as the helpless security guard at a Chuck-E-Cheese’s pizza joint. All seems well and good, until the animatronics start coming to life. Through the use of security cameras, you have to play what is the most intense game of red light/green light you have ever experienced and basically survive five nights at Freddy’s. The sequel added several new animatronic monstrosities and a new vict—err, security guard.

You can download both titles from either the iOS Store or the Steam Store. Let us hope you can download a third entry soon.
