Exclusive Sneak Peak of “The Dark Knight Rises” revealed on MTV

Anticipation for the upcoming "The Dark Knight Rises" took another tremendous leap after the 2012 MTV movie Awards revealed an exclusive clip of the action-packed thriller.

On Sunday night, Christian Bale, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Gary Oldman took the stage to introduce a sneak peak from "The Dark Knight Rises" that had never been revealed before. Viewers first saw a video of the first two installments, which including footage with the late Heath Ledger as the Joker. Director Christopher Nolan then appeared on stage and ultimately made the grand presentation for the sneak peak.

"Every good story demands a good ending and the Dark Knight Rises is our best possible attempt to put a great ending to this story on screen," Nolan said right before the start of the exclusive clip live on MTV.

Although Batman has his highlighted moments, Catwoman and Bane appeared to dominate each scene and every second was gripping. Bane's "Let the games begins" right before a bridge in Manhattan collapses will have you at the edge of your seat.

The sneak peak is the right amount of exposure because fans can appreciate the lack of major spoilers that most exclusive clips often ruin.
