Logitech G303 Daedalus Apex Gaming Mouse Announced: Boasts 12,000 DPI Sensor, RGB Lighting [VIDEO]

Designed for and tested by the gaming community, Logitech's new gaming mouse promises a precise, lightweight build that will make you a better gamer.

The Logitech G303 Daedalus Apex Performance Edition Gaming Mouse (whew) offers a 12,000 DPI optical sensor, the most accurate sensor currently available in any mouse, and arguably more accuracy than you'll ever need. The lightweight mouse also features Logitech's metal spring button tensioning system that will ensure that every click you make will be exactly the same, testing it for 20 million clicks. It also offers RGB customizable lighting colors and brightness, which flows out of it in its cool side patterns in any of  16.8 million colors.

"The community sent us a clear message that they wanted the lightweight, symmetrical design of our G302 combined with the amazing sensor in our G502," said Ujesh Desai, vice president and general manager of the Logitech gaming business. "We took this feedback and built a mouse that was tuned and tested by pros to help ensure improved accuracy, comfort and performance. Thanks to you and this feedback, we've built an amazing product."

The company went to the gaming community and worked with them to figure out exactly what they wanted, and built this based on the feedback.

"The G303 Daedalus Apex gives us a definite advantage," said Sean "sg@res" Gares of Cloud9, CS:GO. "This mouse offers a comfortable feel with a lightweight, ambidextrous grip."

The Logitech G303 Daedalus Apex Performance Edition Gaming Mouse is expected to be available in the U.S. and Europe later this month for a suggested retail price of $69.99.
