This Week's Nintendo eShop Update Includes 'Mario Party 10', 'Elliot Quest', 'Fossil Fighters Frontier', & More!

The snow is not done with you yet. Thankfully, Nintendo has a wealth of new titles hitting the eShop and Virtual Console to keep you inside where it's warm and cozy. Let's see what they have lined up for us this week.

Final Symphony II Concert Date Announced In London, Buy Tickets Tomorrow

The big title is, of course, Mario Party 10 for Wii U which introduces Bowser as a new playable 'villain' in some fun asymmetric multiplayer challenges. Play with at least one compatible amiibo to unlock the inventive amiibo Party mode. Because remember, nothing says 'party' like one giant lizard ruining the fun for everybody. Out tomorrow, March 20.

The major 3DS offering this week is Fossil Fighters Frontier, the prehistoric driving mash-up. Players use the Bone Buggy vehicle to explore and subsequently revive fossils using the touch screen. Upgradeable tools are used in that process, and dig sites will offer additional mini-games for bonuses. All vivosaurs fall into one of five elemental categories--Water, Fire, Air, Earth and Neutral--which of course have pros and cons in battle. Players can engage in daily quest, story missions and Street Pass battles starting tomorrow, March 20, for $29.99.

Elliot Quest - let it be known that just because you're an 8-bit reto platformer that you can't be a little messed up. Elliot Quest begins when our hero attempts to kill himself, only to discover that he cannot die. That does not mean he gets to go on wacky adventures throughout time; it is a curse, and while he cannot die, he will soon turn into a demon unless he finds a cure. Throughout this adventure you'll collect countless abilities and spells, quest through 5 dungeons and defeat 16 unique bosses along your way to unlocking multiple endings. $12.99 for the Wii U.

For Virtual Console, players can check out KLONOA 2: Dream Champ Tournament: In this Game Boy Advance platformer, guide Klonoa through five worlds that make up the Dream Champ Tournament. Complete each world by eliminating fellow contestants and collecting magical items. Use the Wind Bullet to draw in enemies, using them either as a jumping boost or a projectile against other foes. $6.99 for Wii U.

Code Name: S.T.E.A.M. - Medal March Tournament - See how your Code Name: S.T.E.A.M. squad stacks up online in Nintendo's Public Tournaments. Top players earn unique titles that are visible online and earn major bragging rights with their friends and around the world. The Medal March Tournament will run through March 22. The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D - The results of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D drawing challenge in Miiverse have been revealed by Eiji Aonuma, producer of The Legend of Zelda games. Aonuma also gave his comments on the recognized drawings. Click here to see the gallery!
