PewDiePie News: ‘Legend Of The Brofist’ Game Is Becoming A Reality And Will Be Available This Summer [VIDEO]
PewDiePie is known for playing games, but this summer you'll be able to play him in the game PewDiePie: Legend of the Brofist.
The game is based on, well, PewDiePie and his YouTube life. Sort of. The mobile title is currently planned for iOS and Android systems, reports Pocket Gamer.
There's not really a story yet but PewDiePie did show off an ice level for the game. It is a platformer where players can take on the avatar of PewDiePie (of course) or his better half, CutiePie. While you are running through the level, Pewd's two pugs, Edgar and Maya, follow at your footsteps.
The game throws just about everything at you--although not pictured, that probably includes the kitchen sink. In the ice level you have to dodge falling ice, seals, penguins, wolves, the Illuminati, and the main villain, barrels. Because those are of course PewDiePie's arch nemesis.
Throughout the game you will also run into other YouTube personalities. In the video CinnamonToastKen shows up, but there will be others scattered throughout the game. It doesn't seem like they'll be playable but instead be NPCs offering helpful advice (and jokes).
You'll also get various power-ups throughout the game by defeating enemies and spending Bro-coins. The game is still in development at Outerminds and you can check out their website for more details.
