Want A New 'Grandia' Or 'Lunar' Sequel? Fill Out This Game Arts Survey

GungHo Online Entertainment America has launched a questionnaire surveying fan interest in IPs developed by Game Arts, who are the folks behind such classic series as Grandia, Lunar, Ragnarok Odyssey and Gungriffon.

Game Arts is most recently known for Dokuro, a really fun puzzle/platformer that was originally developed for the PS Vita before being ported to mobile devices and PC via Steam, but they are clearly most beloved for their classic JRPGs, which have slowly been making their way to new platforms via enhanced versions.

This is the moment where I stop to remind you all that Grandia was likely the best 32-bit RPG ever made. I know that's herasy to a lot of people but go back and play through all the Final Fantasies and Xenogears and Suikodens- wonderful games, all of them- and you'll still see that Grandia still holds up better than any other. The sequels dwindled a bit in quality until the series hit a wall with Grandia Online, but there's always room for it to return. The original made its way to the Playstation Network Store a few years ago, after all.

Lunar is another series ripe for another installment, although they've been doing a great job porting the old classic titles like Lunar: Silver Star Story to mobile devices.

In any case, however you feel about these classic series, head on over to the survey right here and let them know what you think!
