The anticipation is over, Call of Duty: Black Ops III multiplayer beta is finally coming to the PlayStation 4 and will feature new maps, modes, specialists, weapons, and customization.

On August 23rd, the beta version of the game will be available.

In addition, the Call of Duty: Black Ops III will also be available in Xbox One and PC on August 26.

According to the Studio Head of Treyach, Mark Lamia, the entire organization poured their heart and soul into the game and pushed each other, to the limit, in order to come up with a game that will give the gamers the deepest and richest gaming experience of their lifetime.

Lamia also cited that the game's new precision fluid movement system and the introduction of new characters and weapons, which involves customization.

He also detailed that the beta alone offers tons of things, and the fact that it can be a game itself, but Lamia said that that's just the surface of bigger things to come.

The beta version will offer parts of the full version, which includes 3 maps and various styles of plays. The developers also expect for the beta players/testers to be satisfied with the game's high-octane combat and hopefully take full advantage of the game's new momentum based, chained movement system and advanced weaponry as well as its new gears.

With the game's new momentum based and chained movement system, the player will have the ability to move fluidly through different types of environments and can maintain constant control of the weapon.

Another selling point of the game is the weapon customization system which will allow the players to create unique weapons.

To add, the game will also feature the new Specialization system that will let the gamers choose and rank up 9 elite Black Ops soldiers. The soldiers will have their own unique look, personality, backstory, weapons, and ability.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III will be officially dropped on November 6, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
