'Pokemon Go' Release Date; News & Updates: Gameplay, Gym Training, Teams and Demo Leaks To Watch Out For

Despite previous delays, Niantic, Pokemon Go's developer, will be ready to showcase Pokemon Go Gameplay this year in the Game Developers Conference (GDC). However, even if the game's updates were pouring in since early this year, no official release date for Pokemon Go was set but a promise of a live action movie and new pokemons are also surfacing.

N4BB.com reports that In "Pokemon Go", players can expect to be sorted into teams: Red, Yellow and Blue once they participate in the highly-anticipated game. Training is moderated by ‘Computer Players’ in Pokemon Go's local gyms as skills are vital to the game.

Players can also look forward to taking a realistic camera view behind their Pokemon during "Pokemon Go" battles. With the improvement of Pokemon Go's gameplay, catching Pokemon will prove to be a more tedious task and might require trained skills.

"Pokemon Go" is already a big hype but the Pokemon world is still keeping it interesting. Banking on their huge following, there are developments introduced both in gaming and movie to keep every Pokemon lover at arm’s length.

Aside from "Pokemon Go," TechnoBuffalo cited that Game Freak, the "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" developer, just filed a trademark for the upcoming two Pokemon. While fans are yet to see what they will look like, the trademarks alluded to the games’ subtitles with “Sol” for "Pokemon Sun" and “Luna” for "Pokemon Moon." They remain mum on the specific release date but its global release is scheduled in the last quarter of the year.

With Godzilla and Asian element in its track record, Legendary may be a step closer to grabbing the Pokemon Live Action Movie Rights, according to Forbes. This is much to the disappointment of other contenders such as Sony and Warner Bros. Nintendo recently started to assert their intellectual property and the much-awaited Pokemon live action remains to be their ace.

What a good way to complement "Pokemon Go!" So hold on to your poke balls for the future holds a lot of promise. If the cards are played right, Nintendo fans are in for a wonderful treat this year.
