Tom Clancy's 'The Division' News & Latest Update: Ubisoft Massive Punish Offenders; Sentry Gear Causes Cheat

Ubisoft Massive really had a great March with the release of Tom Clancy's "The Division" as it provided both single players and multi-players something to crave about. However, newly discovered glitches that are connected to the Sentry Gear are reported each week by players.

Tom Clancy's "The Division" is a third-person shooter game that can be played as a solo game or as a team. While reports regarding some glitches and bugs started occurring later after a month of its release, Ubisoft is also quick to fix the bugs.

According to Gamerant, the Sentry Gear may have a connection with the glitches that are happening within the game. Part of the game of "The Division" is to let players collect different pieces of armor that lets them get bonuses. Once all the pieces of armor are worn, the Sentry's call set will be a marksman favored and will have a Stalker talent. Players can damage their enemy after a headshot is scored that can even increase damage by 15 percent.

The Stalker talent affects both AI enemies and players in the Dark Zone. The problem with this talent is that even when the players die, the stacked bonus indicator will still stay the same. Players using the Sentry's call can continuously damage the players that they made their marks in the beginning until they log out of the game which gives them a huge advantage in the game.

Ubisoft Massive has also been aware of these problems and has been punishing offenders when it comes to exploits. Although this move by its developers is somehow a strong one, this can also be a turning point to bring back trust and interest to "The Division."

"The Division" creator said that they will still continuously solve such problems about players exploiting the game but there are still bigger problems for Ubisoft Massive as players find that "The Division" needs more improvement in terms of adding new content, Twinfinite cited.

It is still a long way to go for Tom Clancy's "The Division" and fans are all hoping that Ubisoft Massive can fix all the issues regarding the game soon before it becomes too late.
