Skybound recently shared its exclusives for 2016 San Diego Comic-Con. Fans of “The Walking Dead” and “Outcast” will be delighted to receive the related bonuses soon.
The first Skybound exclusive features two action figures, featuring Negan and Glenn. The grinning Negan is the new main enemy in the AMC series, equipped with his barbwire-laced bat named Lucille. Glenn is the reliable scout of the good guys, who will arrive with a bloodied axe and an alternate smashed head sculpt, which may serve as the big reveal in the first episode of Season 7 or a recreation of issue #100 of the comics, which is still under development.
There will be two color options available – black and white and color blood spattered. The two action figures will be housed together in a transparent box with the comic book image of Negan in front. The two-pack set is priced at $50.
ComicBook noted that “Outcast” fans will be excited to receive the second Skybound exclusive, which is a limited edition Outcast watch made by Vannen. There will only be 250 units available and will showcase full-color artwork on the dial, the Outcast logo on the inner surface of the crystal, and a glossy finish. The watch is predominantly black and white with the red bold branding. The special watch will include unique engravings on the back and crown and housed in a rectangular box. The toys were labeled suitable for individuals 12 years old and over. Each piece is priced at $65.
The two Skybound exclusives will be available beginning on the first day of 2016 San Diego Comic-Con on July 21, 2016. The show will continue until July 24. The items will be available at the Skybound booth, No. 2729.
Skybound will have more offers for fans at San Diego Comic-Con 2016. They will be at the Convention Center with Image Comics, as well as at Petco Park for the Walker Stalker Fan Fest. Skybound also collaborated with the online streaming TV channel Twitch to feature several of the events live for those who cannot attend personally. People can watch the activities on Twitch and Skybound Game Lounge.
Fansided noted that the Walking Dead News and Events page shared that there will be panels, performances, games and prizes, among other features that will stream live on Twitch beginning July 22. More Skybound events and updates are expected to be showcased soon.
