The newest DLC pack for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" is arriving in just a few days, and fans are already looking forward to exploring the "Descent" multiplayer maps that was previously teased by the developers behind the beloved game.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops III", which was released in November, already has two previous DLC packs, with "Awakening" released in February and "Eclipse" in April. This July, fans can get their hands on the latest DLC titled "Descent."

According to Polygon, the new DLC will enable "Call of Duty: Black Ops III" to engage in an exciting Zombies experience that picks up from the original Origins storyline set in "an alternate-U.S.S.R. universe." The mission is called "Gorod Krovi," and gamers will enjoy battling it out with Zombies in the Soviet Union.

Even more fun is the addition of dragons to the game. According to Activision, gamers will have to "face-off against a swarm of mechanized zombie infantry and dodge hell-fire from aerial dragon assaults" from a creature that breathes emerald fire.

More than just dragons and zombies, "Call of Duty: Black Ops III"'s new DLC "Descent" will provide gamers with four new multiplayer maps, IGN reports. Check out the previews below for more information on each multiplayer map.

EMPIRE Drawing inspiration from the fan-favorite map "Raid" in "Call of Duty: Black Ops II," this medium-sized map features authentic Roman villas built by a modern-day billionaire.

CRYOGEN This map brings players to the dark corners of the Dead Sea, where an isolated compound houses the world's deadliest criminals who are in frozen isolation.

BERSERK is a Viking village armed with ancient sentinels that guard the gate. Gamers will be challenged by the blizzards and deadly rocky outcroppings as they battle the ancient guards.

RUMBLE Step into the stadium where gigantic mechanical warriors await. Gamers will have to battle the mechanized beasts amidst falling debris and pyrotechnics to win the round.

The "Descent" DLC will be available beginning July 12.
