Sports video game is one of the biggest video game markets out there. Now that E3 has ended, news about upcoming sporting video games has been announced. One of the most anticipated sporting video game is none other than "Pro Evolution Soccer 2017" or widely known only as "PES 2017" by football fans.
"Pro Evolution Soccer 2017" is a video game created by famous video game development company Konami, and is one of the favourite sporting video games of gamers ever since it came out. Now, Konami has announced the release date of "PES 2017" and, according to the statement they have released, it will be on September 13, 2017.
But, "Pro Evolution Soccer 2017" will not be the only sporting video game that will be released on September because its biggest rival, "FIFA 17," will also be released on the same month, two weeks later from the release of "Pro Evolution Soccer 2017." "NBA 2k17" and "NHL 17" will also be released on the same month as "PES 2017."
"Pro Evolution Soccer 2017" will still definitely rake it some good amount of sales as they will have a two week leeway from the release of "FIFA 17," although "FIFA 17" has brought out the big guns for this instalment as they are using the Frostbite Game Engine created by EA themselves. "PES 2017" will also have a fair advantage since more and more people and gamers alike are getting into soccer with the World Cup only two years away.
As for the selling price of "PES 2017," Forbes reported that it will cost gamers $59.99 for the PS4 and the Xbox version of "Pro Evolution Soccer 2017" and $39.99 for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 version.
