To answer that honestly, "it will be a while." That was the latest info Naughty Dog offered in a livestream event according to GameSpot.
If Uncharted 4 players feel a bit uncomfortable about the vague reply, they should hear the assurance that accompanies with it. According to Naughty Dog, players could expect more details about the Unchartered 4 "as soon as we're able to give you more info."
For now, it's anybody's guess when the actual Uncharted 4 single player DLC release date might be. However, it's probably safe to say that the "it will be a while" phase could pretty much exclude the rest of 2016. This means that at the earliest, players might get to see an Uncharted 4 single player DLC release sometime next year.
Speculations On What Uncharted 4 Single Player DLC Could Contain
