'Kerbal Space Program' Latest News & Update: The NASA-Inspired Game Is Landing On PS4 This July 12

"Kerbal Space Program" will now be available on PS4!

Starting on July 12, game enthusiasts can try their hands on building their own space rockets and other types of spacecrafts that the Kerbals can use to fly to the outer space. To make the game more exciting, players will have to complete missions along the way.

The PlayStation 4 edition of the simulation video game has been redesigned so that the controls and gameplay will fit with the console. It also features the DualShock 4 wireless control sticks and triggers for more game precision.

Sony officially announced the release of "Kerbal Space Program" on July 8. The tech company also revealed that gamers can choose between three play modes and these are the following:

1.Sandbox mode - in this set-up, the player is free to construct what he wants. It could be anything where he can showcase his creativeness and unique imagination.

2.Science Mode - this is the mode when the player will have to do some scientific experiments in order to equip the Kerbals with more knowledge that will help them unlatch new technologies.

3.Career Mode - this can be considered as the ultimate mode since the player will have full control of the "Kerbal Space Program." The player will preside over all the facets of the system including reputation building, crew management and venturing on the missions called "contracts" so as to acquire funds that can be used for upgrading or repair of the space center facilities.

"With completely redesigned controls and gameplay that's challenging yet fun, you will have everything needed to conquer space with the Kerbals," developer Squad's chief executive officer Ezequiel Ayarza wrote on Sony's blog.

For gamers who would like to experience how it is like to work for NASA, which builds rockets that are launched into space, the "Kerbal Space Program" is just the game you have been waiting for. Enjoy realistic, physics-based flight simulators and space travels right in your living room through the PS4 gameplay.

"Kerbal Space Program" was first launched in 2013 and was introduced to PC in 2015. Now, it is coming to PS4 and Playstation Lifestyle reported that the Xbox and Wii U versions are coming soon as well.
