The Apple Watch 2 is among the much talked about smart wearable devices at present time. Latest report says that the Apple Watch 2 will be lighter and have a thinner body compared to the previously launched Apple Watch 1.

A report in Value Walk states that the Apple Watch 2 is likely to be released this coming September or October. For starters, the Apple Watch is developed by Apple Inc. and it is currently available in 4 styles: Apple Watch, Apple Watch Edition, Apple Watch Sport, and Apple Watch Hermes. The wearable device includes health oriented capabilities and fitness tracking applications with iOS integration and other Apple Product services.

The first edition of Apple Watch is using Glass on Glass solution on its display. According to ChristianTtimes, Apple Watch 2 will already use OGS or the One Glass Solution. The new display technology is said to help Apple to put more impressive specs and it allows more internal space.

According to TKP Holding, Apple's display supplier, the shift of display technology has created issues inside TKP Holding in terms of production. The Apple Watch 2 will feature bigger battery to make sure it can support its new advanced features, DigiTimes reports. Although the Apple Watch 2 will be thinner than the original, it will be definitely heavier.

It is also rumored that the Apple Watch 2 will be equipped with GPS for fitness tracking and cellular connectivity that will be totally independent from an iPhone. It will also get a front facing camera for video calls. Despite the rumors all over the web, Apple keeps mum about the official release date and the official specs of the new Apple Watch 2 until now.
