Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Update: Phil Spencer Announces Next in-Line Games

The Xbox One backwards compatibility list continues to grow as Microsoft pours in the latest titles that arrived to the feature. Just recently, GameSpot featured a tweet from Xbox head Phil Spencer making a funny response to an inquiry whether Blue Dragon will be featured on the backwards compatible feature wherein Spencer replied "I'm not allowed to say but yes."

So there you have it; though he did not mention when can players expect the Blue Dragon to come out, it's a rather confirmed title arriving on the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature. In the past week, the backwards compatibility feature has released titles including Mr Driller Online, New Rally X and Nin-2 Jump.

Currently, there are no new titles for the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature, but as Microsoft has promised before, they will continue to release new titles in an unscheduled manner. Meaning, all Xbox 360 games set to be played on the Xbox One console will be released immediately.

The last big update from the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature has been the release of Red Dead Redemption on the XBox One console. Along with the release of the title has been rumors about the RDR getting a sequel. Although it was never confirmed by Rockstar, the developer has previously mentioned their consideration to put it as a franchise title.

Meanwhile, other titles on the Xbox One backwards compatibility list include "Fallout New Vegas," "Call of Duty: Black Ops" and the just recently, the "Triggerheart Exelica" game. If you have been wondering what else has been confirmed to arrive on the Xbox One backwards compatibility feature, then expect BioShock, BioShock 1&2, BioShock Infinite and Skate 3 to arrive soon on the feature.
