‘Total War: Warhammer’ DLC Updates: Stronger Heroes Coming with ‘Regiments Of Renown’

With coming "Total War: Warhammer" DLCs on the way, it looks like players will see more exciting gameplay in the months ahead. New heroes are in the works with the first batch of Lords Pack DLC named Regiments Of Renown which will be arriving soon.

Stronger Heroes In Coming 'Total War: Warhammer' DLC

One exciting news is that the coming "Total War: Warhammer" DLC could introduce stronger heroes, reports PCInvasion. In fact, it is speculated that the coming pack could introduce Volkmar von Hindenstern, also known as Volkmar the Grim.

While Volkmar's inclusion is still unconfirmed, the lords of the Warhammer lore are the showcase of the Lords Pack DLCs. The first the Lords Pack titled "Regiments of Renown" will be introducing various lords picked from the numerous elite regiments.

They would be available for recruit once the "Total War: Warhammer" DLC is released but at a higher price of course since they are stronger than base units. For now, no release date has been announced by Creative Assembly.

"Total War: Warhammer" Patch Addresses Known Issues

In the meantime, Creative also released a "Total War: Warhammer" patch that would solve some of the known glitches in the game, reports Christian Times. In particular, the new patch will remove the crash commonly experienced by players when accessing the Custom/Multiplayer Battle lobby as well as in the Event Feed of the Multiplayer Campaign.

In addition, the "Total War: Warhammer" patch is reported to nerf the Devolve spell as well. The Devolve spell was introduced via another "Total War: Warhammer" DLC titled "Call of the Beastmen."

When the Devolve spell was introduced, it somehow tipped the balance for those using the spell. As a solution, Creative decided to fix it via the recent "Total War: Warhammer" patch.

"Total War: Warhammer" is a highly popular game available for Microsoft Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems. Stay tuned to Game & Guide for more updates on the coming "Total War: Warhammer" DLCs.
